Yevgeniya Baras
Faculty, Sarah Lawrence College
Meet the expert behind the program. Learn about the curriculum, teaching approach, and how this experience can benefit your academic journey. Yevgeniya Baras is an artist working in New York. She has exhibited in numerous galleries and museums in New York, Paris and Sydney. Yevgeniya holds a BA in Psychology and Fine Arts and an MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an MFA in Painting and Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has taught at Sarah Lawrence College since 2018.

About the Program
The 3-week Visual Arts precollege program at Sarah Lawrence offers rising juniors and seniors the opportunity to study art and build their portfolio with faculty who are working NYC artists. Work in our modern studios, receive additional assistance from teaching assistant mentors and exhibit your work for friends and family on your last day. Earn 3 transferable college credits!
