Signature Learning Community & Extension Courses Info Session

Curious about our Signature Learning Community? Our exclusive membership program is designed for adults aged 55+ who want to keep their curiosity alive. 

Members of our Signature Learning Community have multiple opportunities to learn alongside fellow learners of all ages and nationalities. Signature Learning Community membership gives discounted access to our regular Extension Courses, which can be taken by anyone. Members also have the opportunity to audit undergraduate classes at Sarah Lawrence.

With our Extension Courses, you'll join conversation-driven classes. The most common format for our extension courses are lecture + discussion. Our small lecture size invites detailed exploration and active discussion, with a chance to get to know your lecturer, ask questions, share your opinions, and listen to and learn from others.

Additional Sarah Lawrence community benefits: Receive updated information on free events open to members of the Sarah Lawrence community; participate in our Bring Your Grandkids to Campus Day; and visit our Campus Center cafe. At higher levels of membership, get access to the College's swimming pool, borrowing rights at the library, and more!
